1. Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- You must provide your order details and reason for return
- Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details. We'll guide you through the process.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged during shipping or is defective.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
